Two automatic dialer modules, each geared towards a different set of optimizations
- They facilitate automatic dialing, significantly increasing call center productivity (e.g. in sales campaigns).
 - Administration module enables campaign design and definition
 - Agent module runs pre-defined campaigns
 - Power Dialer automatically dials for available agents
 - Predictive Dialer dials in advance, using a special algorithm, even when there are no available agents. That enables it to weed out irrelevant calls (e.g. busy, unreachable, non-existent numbers, faxes), and forwards only relevant calls to agents.
 
Predictive Dialer is used mainly in telephone polling, while Power Dialer is useful for telemarketing sales and post-sales campaigns, and customer satisfaction surveys.
