Before the voting

Before the voting you need to prepare the system, or we can do it for you. You need to import the necessary data with the enclosed program to your computer, prepare the questionnaires, list of guests and the theme of the questionnaires if necessary.

You transfer everything to the central unit with which you manage the voting system. The system is so ready to use.

Voting

The voting questions can be projected to the screen or displayed on the screens of voting devices. The big touch screen can display text, images and videos. If necessary, the voters can replay the displayed contents or vote. On the screen they can see the possible answers prepared by you.

The answers can be simple, such as YES/NO, a number of points or answers prepared in advance. The voters can see the voting results at all times and in this way actively participate in the seminar.

You can also save them to the database and display them at the end or only use them for your statistics.

After the voting

After the voting it is time to make statistics and analyses. You can find all the information about the voting, participants, and answers in the database. The information can be processed with the enclosed program or exported to other programs. For example to Excel, where you can calculate and analyse the results, or to PowerPoint, where you can prepare them for the presentation.
