Connection with communication channels

It is very useful if all communication with a customer is kept in the same database. Abraxas CRM can provide you that database. When necessary, Abraxas CRM can be connected to stationary and mobile telephony, e-mail, SMS messages, and other communication means you use.

When a customer calls you, a window with customer information appears on your computer screen. In an instant you can access all contact history, previous purchases, any possible outstanding debts, and many other information.

Before you answer the call, you can prepare to give the customer your full attention, offer them an additional product or first-rate help.

Integration with information systems

Our distinctive feature is that we integrate Abraxas CRM with your current information systems, e.g. integration with a bank core system. When a bank consultant opens a customer card in Abraxas CRM, CRM connects with the central database on the server, where it reads data about the financial position and transactions and displays them on the computer screen beside other customer information.

Localization

Abraxas CRM is used by our customers in 25 countries across Europe. A multilingual support is built into it, so that it works in Slovenian, Bulgarian, Russian, Polish, and Croatian language. If requested, Abraxas CRM can be translated into other languages.
